Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get the new quota and overage rate from the upgrade date. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the benefit of your current plan through the period you've paid for.

A conversation counts toward your plan when the caller engages long enough for our AI to extract feedback. Short hangups, silent calls, and failed connections are free. Test calls made during agent setup are also free. All sessions appear in your dashboard regardless of billing status, so you can see everything that came in. Quota is shared across all agents on your account.

Yes. Audio is discarded immediately after transcription — we never store recordings. Transcripts are retained for 24 months and then permanently deleted. All AI vendors in our pipeline operate under zero data retention agreements, meaning your customers' conversations are never used to train public models.

When you sign up, you get 25 free conversations — no credit card required. This is a one-time allocation. Once you've used them, you'll choose a plan to continue. The 25 conversations are enough to set up an agent, run several real sessions, and see live insights in your dashboard.
